The purchaser of LAFUMA MOBILIER has filed a lawsuit against the CALIDA GROUP claiming for damages in the amount of EUR 39 million in connection with the share purchase agreement dated July 30, 2024. 

CALIDA GROUP has reviewed the complaint and the situation with its legal counsel and is of the opinion that both the claims asserted and the amount are without merit. As a result, CALIDA GROUP has dismissed the claims in their entirety vis-à-vis the purchaser. 

CALIDA GROUP will provide further information if and to the extent required.
